This is song sums up everything I wanted From Disney Descendants

Dorothy – Wicked ones

I can’t explain how disappointed I keep being with the franchise of Descendants. Disney knows better.

Justice doesn’t get a cold, but I do.

I am seriously so done with being sick. It’s been forever and a half (only three or four days) and just going through it is enough. For the past couple of days I was either asleep or working and I felt completely useless. I didn’t really eat, I slept a shit ton, drank a case of water and was carrying a drugdealers amount of pills.

Nightquil, tylenol, tylenol PM, my regular pills, nasal swabs, I swear if I had been searched at any point I would have been suspended. Plus if that wasn’t enough, I was constantly using the little bit of brain power to keep track of what time it was and which pill had to be ingested.

LOOVE MEMES

Today though, after a good morning with a dehumidifier, I can gladly say I am feeling 100% better. No sore throat, my voice is sort of back, my headache is gone, no more chills, I am SO DONE WITH IT ALL!!!!

In other news that I want to to squeeze in, Most Basic Story Yet has been updated to the correct part (Whoopsies!) so sorry for anyone who read it and was thoroughly confused about what happened. I’m sorry. Also, vacation Descendants will be suspended for the moment. I can’t stand the franchise at this point and I’m more con

Happy New Years! 20- what again? Where’s the whiteout?

I mean, if anyone here can actually stay awake after all the partying to write the year correctly, congrats. Please initiate your bragging rights when , and only when, you leave.

So, what do I have in the works?

Currently I am working on Vacation Descendants with my OC’s mucking up the the Disney Descendants universe and The Most Basic Story which has currently driven off a cliff at the moment. It’s really fun when you have extremely low expectations for a story. XD [both are linked, just click on the names]

Also, I’ve been trying to keep up with a schedule for the blog and so far it has just gotten me to post something nearly every week and keep me actively reading on others. Well the later was the actual plan, but I wanted a more stable and reliable reader schedule for my own. Between Christmas and New Years, I’ve been not only writing up on the stories and trying to edit them, (that is a lot harder than expected) as well as setting up a solid schedule that I could keep up with. I think I have that down and will

What will I have in the works?

Perfect timing because I have just learned, literally last night, that Twilight is have some sort of meme comeback. . . on tumblr. If that’s not enough for my inner twihard to come sneaking out then I’ll be damned. Originally I was never on board with the whole love triangle angle and Bella was alright in my eyes as a main character. But what really drew me in was the world itself and how the other characters dealt with their then human BS as vampires. I’ll be dipping my itty-bitty toesies in that pool soon to come.

Another thing is that I want to add a Monday post that are short but uplifting. When I was in middle school, I had this blog where all I did was memes and funny songs, etc. It was very popular solely because it made people smile. (I posted that daily because SCHOOL SUCKS! .. lol. (T-T) I definitely want to bring that back. Also, I don’t want to post a story on Monday so this is a great excuse!

Fanfic: Vacation Descendants 3

“So who is this Santa Claus guy?”

The Isle was in full swing by late-afternoon.  Crowds swarmed the venders and inside was even worse with huddles around rickety conveyer belts and lines. The trio maneuvered around the town, ohhing and ahhing at the sights like tourist, The audience around them gawked and whispered. No one dared to meet their eyes, and many moved out of the way. Among the layers of dirt, some merchants had some interesting trinkets to sell, but unlike his companions Scott refrained from touching and messing with it all. Aleasa kept to his heels, poking and prodding some items when it peeked her fancy. Thomas on the other hand, knocked things over without much care, breaking sometimes.

Keeping an eye out for the kettle Hooligan wanted, Scott also was on the search for something else. Something slender, something thin. It was his very own staff that would appear in the same dimension he was in. The only problem was that he never knew where it would appear.

“Scott! Look at this windchime!”

He smiled over at Aleasa who held out a rusted windchime with forks dangling below, ringing out a decent pitch in the light breeze. He held a thumb out to her and turned back to his search. After looking through the bazaar, the old wheat mill, and at the bridge that was broken off, he sat down at the curb with a huff. The sky had streaks of orange, pink, and yellow running through it. He watched as the street urchins slowly evaporated into the slow coming darkness, the Isle suppressed by an eerie silence. Alone, he sat for some time.

Thomas and Aleasa found him right as the last of the sun had vanished and plopped themselves right at his side. Scott stayed silent.

“So what happened after the turbine came down?” Thomas asked with a glance at Scott.

“The pansy was all like ‘dude, you can’t do that! It’s structurally unstable without it!’” Aleasa snickered with a quick wave of her hand. “So over course I took to not only reversing that piece of junk, but then I set it so the blades would come off their axle and you would have loved to see where it went then!”

Pausing, she glanced at Scott, dazing and distant. She bumped shoulders with him. He slowly turned to her.

“What happened after the blades got lose?” He said quietly and flat.

“Scott, hey. What’s up?” Thomas scooted closer to him.

He shook his head and gestured for them to continue. Neither of them did, waiting on Scott to spill. Instead he stood up and rubbed his forehead, his breathe being heavier then normal. They watched as he paced back and forth, silent and labored.

“Scott?” Thomas carefully stood up and approached him.

He stopped suddenly with his back turned them, one hand over his eyes and one clutching his stomach. Aleasa stood up and backed away. Thomas froze. Scott then bent over and knelt on to the ground, a stifled sob coming from him. Dropping their bags, they rushed to his side as he continued to curl up.

“Scott? Talk to me. What is going on?” Thomas wrapped an arm around him desperate to get him up again; just to see his face.

“Scott, come on Scott. Get up please.” Aleasa sat on the other side trying to brush his hair and the sweat away.

On the ground, he choked on the sobs, squeezing around his stomach tighter and tighter. Nothing worked. The sweat continued to bead down his face, his chest tightening into a knot, there wasn’t enough air. Not for all of them. Heat rushed through him from somewhere unknown, and suddenly it was everywhere. In his hands, in his lungs, his bones, there was nothing like it.

Scott wouldn’t remove the hand over his eyes but Thomas and Aleasa could see what was happening. His pale skin darkened and crusted over into cool blue scales. Starting at his hands, they crusted over into black claws and scalely hands.

Thomas reached over to Aleasa and pulled away from him, rushing over to a nearby building. Rustling in his bag for a moment, he snapped the bag from Aleasa’s shoulder. She yelped as it did.  After a moment, he sneered at her.

“Where the hell are the blood extras?” He bared his teeth at her.

“He drank them already. I couldn’t grab the ones in the basement.” Aleasa snapped back.

Thomas rolled his eyes. “So all that time I spent- It doesn’t matter.”

They rushed back to Scott who had progressed further into transformation up to his forearms. Both arms were now wrapped around his stomach and he looked up at them with tears in his eyes.  Aleasa wrapped around his shoulders and pulled him up as Thomas pulled up his sleeve to show off his clean forearm.

  “Scott, open up.”

One glance at him and Scott lurched against the ground, drool dripping despite of the pain.

“Scott come on, this is the only way.” Aleasa fought him keeping him off the ground. Glancing at Thomas, she bit her lip and nodded.

Taking a deep breath, Thomas grasped Scott’s head and forced it. Doing so, made Scott gasp and using it, he shoved his forearm into Scott’s mouth. The impact of the bite was instant. Suddenly there was nothing for Scott except the rush of hot liquid coming down his throat. The heat of the transformation subsided almost immediately, and it was all blood.

Above him Thomas winced and tried to not look as Scott bit down harder. Instead he kept eye contact with Aleasa, who made it easier for him by holding his chin up and faking a smile.

After a minute, Scott released the hold and sat up. Thomas released a shaky breath and collapsed in his lap, burring his own tears. Aleasa scooted closer to Scott and laid her head on his shoulder.

“He’ll be okay. You both will be okay.” She brushed a tear away.

Scott carefully brushed the dark curls, making sure not to scare Thomas. “It’s getting worse. We can’t stay for very much longer. Whoever this is, whoever I took hold of,” He gestured to his body.” I don’t think our anatomies match.”

Thomas took a shaky breath and sat up, holding his bare forearm close to him. “A don’t think a vampire and a spawn can share the same body. That was a bit too much, even for me.”

Scott pulled him closed, humming in agreement. He shimmed his shoulders slightly, bouncing Aleasa’s head. “It was a fun vacation while it lasted.”

Aleasa nodded and closed her eyes for a moment. “Too bad we didn’t tell anyone where we were going before we left.”

Scott chuckled. “Looks like we’re on our own,” He looked to her and smiled. “That’ the way we want it right? Me, you, and curly-shirely here.”

Thomas sat up with a grin. “Why do I let you two talk me into these things?”

Scott and Aleasa smiled dramatically big at him. “Cause you’ll be bored without us.”

Standing up and collecting their things, Scott took a moment to look at Thomas’ forearm. Bruised and scared, there was a clear bite with the deepest marks at the canines and incisors. Following the curve there was a light indent of molars on his arm as well.

“It’s not the worse that’s ever happened.” Thomas chuckled awkwardly.

Scott raised a brow at him. “Really?”

Thomas’s slight smile dissipated. “No, no. That may have been. Please don’t get that thirsty again.”

Scott released his arm and shrugged. “With the spawning, I can’t tell if I am or not. It’s really confusing up here.” He knocked on the side of his head and gave a sheepish smile

Aleasa shook her head. “We didn’t sacrifice that orphan for no reason Scott.”

“I thought that was to get in contact with Guardian?” Scott narrowed his eyes and smiled.

Aleasa flipped her hand in a gesture of ‘either or’.

The two boys looked her over and snickered.

“Come on, it’s late. There’s a place nearby to sleep for tonight.” Thomas pointed to a brick building in sight.

The other two nodded and followed without a word. Inside, it was oddly painted with weird portraits, symbols and the phrase ‘long live evil’ all over.

FanFic – Vacation Descendants 2

There was nothing more spectacular than locking the keeper in an iron maiden and going all out for a daytime celebration. The building – or what was left of it-suddenly burst into an array of dancing colorful lights. Music blared from the thin walls. While trash scattered the surrounding woods, kids poured out of the front doors. Barely containing them, the doors flew off the hinges.

Banging on trash cans, throwing dirty water out the second story windows, kids jumped around the front lawn without a care, a trio emerged thru the broken doors. The leader dressed in a blue hodgepodge of fabrics, popped off the porch with a flip. Even with a cap on, light blonde strands managed to get in his eyes. Licking his thumb he tucked them off to the side. A boy close by with a cape was caught in the landing, driving the boy back to the ground.

“Hey!Get off!”

The leader snickered and rubbed the heels of his boots on the cape. “Ain’t it a hard knock life.” He maneuvered his way around the chaos.

IT’S HARD KNOCK LIFE- FROM ANNIE

[ORPHANS]

It’s a hard-knock life for us! It’s a hard-knock life for us!

‘Stead of treated We get tricked!

‘Stead of kisses We get kicked!

It’s a hard-knock life!

“Scott! Wait!” The girl called after him.

Dressed in mixed matched orange and white fabrics, she hopped over tussling match and tripped a game of tag passing her.Stringy blonde hair laid heavy on her shoulders. Beside her, their last companion stayed close during the chase. Nightly hair tucked away under a cap, violet eyes keep steady on Scott.

“Come on Aleasa! We don’t have all day!” Scott called back

She heaved. “Please tell me it’s not only me.”

“Never. Never.” The guy smiled

Pounding on the side of the house a group of older kids rush into the fray, pulling kids off from one another and shoving most to the ground. The chaos only amplified as many ran from them. The trio kept out of the way, shoving people behind them as the group hurried to make order. At one point one of the older girls called for the trio.

“Thomas!Aleasa! Dammit, Scott! Get over here!”

Scott smirked in her direction. The other two snickered between them.

[THOMAS]

Don’t it feel like the wind is always howlin?

[Thomas and Aleasa]

Don’t it seem like there’s never any light!

[SCOTT]

Once a day, don’t you wanna throw the towel in?

[TRIO]

It’s easier than putting up a fight

They met up around the large tree at the edge of the front lawn, just before the trees. Looking back they smiled as the entire place was shaking. Walls clattering, windows jangling and loud music blistering eardrums with trash being sprayed about in a slight effort to slow order down, Thomas clapped his hands. The older kids made a beeline straight towards them.

[ORPHANS]

No one’s there when your dreams at night are creepy!

No one cares if you grow or if you shrink!

No one dries when your eyes get wet and weepy

The trio got circled around the tree. Thomas and Aleasa readied themselves for a fight while Scott merely smiled widely at them.

[ALL]

From the crying you would think this place’s would sink!

Ohhhh!!!!!!!

Fists go flying and two kids slammed against each other as they charged at the trio. Scott hopped high over them with a smile. Thomas put his charger in a headlock, swinging the kid to the ground and climbing on top to stay in command. Aleasa met her charger with a fist to their cheek. They stumbled next her, The trio then ran back to the house.

[ORPHANS]

Empty belly life!

Rotten smelly life! Full of sorrow life!

No tomorrow life!

Children were slowly but surely being funneled back into the house. With them the trio tried their best to help the traffic in. Sitting on the steps was a smaller child, Young with dark hair, she sat with her head in her hands. Scott paused and sat by her.

[SMALL CHILD]

Santa Claus we never see

[SCOTT, TRULY CONFUSED]

Santa Claus, what’s that? Who’s he?

Thomas and Aleasa pull Scott off the step and into the house, the rest of the lot climbing on each other.

You’ll stay up till this dump shines like the top of the Chrysler Building!

The children laughed as they ran about the house. Scott directed them to dirty dishes in the kitchen, the floors in the dinning room and the stairs in the parlor.  The other kids followed in line, despite what many older kids were trying to order about. Scott laughed as they tried,

The ground started to shake under the everyone’s feet. Scott hurried through out the house, yelling out orders and shoving people out of the way. Thomas and Aleasa kept the older kids off his trial. The screaming got louder as the shaking got more severe.

“He’s coming! Run! The Devil’s coming” Someone yelled.

(SCOTT)

Get to work! Strip them beds! Scrub that floor! Polish my shoes!

And I mean

Start…..

NOW!

There’s a loud bang that knocks everyone to the floor. Threw the windows vines shot through, shards going everywhere in the rooms. Kids ran, ducked and did whatever else they needed to do to get out of the way. The thorns scrapped like large claws against the weak wood. In the kitchen Thomas was wrapped up and pulled out a bay window. On the second floor, Aleasa was pulled off an older girl in one of the large bedrooms. Scott ran through the third floor with a rush of vines at his heels. A window down the hall was smashed through and Scott swung on the frame up and over onto the roof.

[ALL]

It’s the hard-knock life for us

It’s the hard-knock life for us

No one cares for you a smidge

When your in a orphanage

It’s The Hard Knock Life!

It’s the Hard Knock Life!

ITS THE HARD KNOCK LIFE!!!

He didn’t get far on the roof, the vines snatching his ankle by the thorns. Instead of pulling him back through the window, it dragged him off the roof. Despite his struggle, the vines wrapped around his body immobilizing his entire body. On the front yard,Thomas and Aleasa sat with vines wrapped around them next to a tall white-haired man. Frowning, the green skinned retracted the vines coming from his arms. Scott shared the glare with the man, being slammed to the ground in the last five feet. The vines loosened around Scott as they detached from the old man. Sucking in a harsh breathe, the man slicked a stray white hair back as his arms re-formed into hands and fingers.

 “Scott. Aleasa. Thomas.”

“Morning Sir Hooligan.” The trio responded.

“How was the Iron Maiden sir?” Scott smiled widely.

The man crossed his arms. Thorns dug into the three and they released a set a scream.

“Not so mighty now are you, your highness?” The old man scoffed.

Scott seethed through his teeth, lava burning inside the young man’s veins.

Watch out sir. Let’s not make him angry.” Thomas softy chided.

They watched as Scott’s body contorted within the vines, his pale skin growing blue and then black. The boy’s scream deepened into a low growl.

The thorns dug in more to the trio, pausing Scott’s transformation. They yelled even louder. The man yawned. Amid the yelling. The thorns retracted and slipped off the three and laid on the ground brown and withered. Gasping for breaths, they collapsed together looking up in the silhouette of the man.

“Now if you are done being nuisances, you can get up and go to town for me.”

Scott was the first one up.“What the heck do you want!”

The other two stood up and leaned on each other for support. Thomas sighed, “Come on Scott, don’t push him.”

“Don’t push me.” Scott snickered, his eyes blackened with red pupils. A shiver ran through the two.

Meeting the glare of Hooligan, Scott huffed and rolled his eyes. “What do you want?”

“Two gallons of milk, bread, a screwdriver and a new teapot for the one you broke.” With a harsh look, he turned and walked back to the house.

The three watched in silence as Mr. Hooligan slammed the door shut. For a moment, they lingered. Aleasa looked to Thomas, who looked to Scott. He looked around in the open plain surrounded by a tight line of trees. The noise instantly died from inside.

Turning to his cohorts, Scott took a deep breathe. “Well there’s no point staying around this hell hole.”

Aleasa and Thomas followed him as they traversed down the hillside. It would be miles upon miles before any other points of civilization would be met.

Fanfic: Vacation Descendants 1

Once upon a time, long ago and far away, a land is divided into two groups. You were either good and loved in the glimmering land of Auradon with no problems whatsoever. Or you were evil, set to live your entire life and your descendant’s life on a forsaken isle right outside the kingdom. With a magical barrier keeping everyone who had every been the least bit interesting, the isle was appropriately named the Isle of the Lost. Lost because while Auradon had grand balls every night and the newest technology, the isle was left to be lost in the fairy tales.

Mal shut the book with a huff. Alone in the library, she laid the velvet book on the end table. On the weekends most students are home or out. She wasn’t one of them. Instead she wasted her time on meaningless tasks for King Ben. She sighed into a hand.

It wasn’t meaningless. It was probably important. Important – she couldn’t figure it out. Browsing through the bookcases, Mal searched for anything magical sounding in the titles. Most were plain titles with basic names and adjectives. After an afternoon of looking and reading, Mal escaped out the side door. A few people she passed greeted her with smiles, but luckily most students were still off campus. The castle was a short walk and Mal easily got to Ben’s office.

Taking a small peak in, she saw papers and books everywhere. Opening the door more, she saw Ben hunched over in a chair a corner. Lumiere was right by his side, picking out books to put on the table and taking some off the table to put them back in the case.  Carefully stepping in, Mal scanned some papers near the door.

“Hey…” Ben looked up from the thick book on his lap and smiled.

“Hey Benny-boo. How you do?” Mal stepped over a stack of paper.

Ben shut the book and walked over to her. The piles didn’t seem to bother him nor did they hinder him. They hands interlocked and with a brief kiss, Ben lead her to the bookcase.

“Wow . . . This isn’t the least bit crazy.” Mal teased.

Ben shrugged. “I have slightly gone out of my mind. But it will be worth it when I find what we need.”  He took a step towards the book shelf and read over Lumiere’s shoulder

Mal leaned on the desk and chuckled to herself. “If only we knew what we were looking for.”

He shook his head. “I know this is confusing. I can’t say I’m faring any better,” He held her by his side and looked over the bookcase, overwhelming fatigue and worry washing over them.

A servant ran in with heavy breathes. “Sir! The fairy Godmother has found something.”

Moments later, she came in. Dressed in a lengthy pale blue dress, she glided into the room with a unsure smile.  Bowing, she approached the two.“Hello dears, I’m afraid I don’t have the best of news.”

Looking between the two, Mal rolled her eyes and sighed. “Why do I have a feeling we’re traveling back to my neck of the woods.”

Ben pat they interlinked hands. “Mal, come on. There would be no reason to go to the isle. All royal titles were dethroned when the villains were sent there.”

The Godmother squeaked between the two with an uncomfortable smile. “Almost all. We didn’t get all the villains and not all graves were found. So, while most were dethroned, there is still one lineage that is still in line.”

Mal and Ben looked with baited breath at her. “Which one?”

Any guess or critiques? Let me know in the comments below. I’d love to hear you.

Reader’s Critique: Disney Descendants

I love Disney Villains. When things go right, they are glorious and when they go wrong they get even better. Many people have their favorite Disney villain, if not for the actually plan then just for the aesthetics of the character. My favorite was always Maleficent because she was just terrifying to me when I was little. The evil queen was a close second. So when movie news came out that the villains would get a movie, or more so their descendants, I was really intrigued. Immediately I knew the whole ‘crime of the parent doesn’t go to the child’ plot line would be used and from the trailers I saw them mingle with the once tortured civilians. I was general interested with this because it was a great opening for a perspective story.

The kids think that they are awesome and run amuck, not giving two shits about anyone or anything. Then they get plopped down in the middle of the rest of society and all of the sudden they are hated for stuff they never did. It would bring up the point between the two people of what bad and good really means. Sure Maleficent sentenced an princess into a deathlike slumber but she was basically insulted by being the ONLY person not invited to the christening. Not to mention if we go by the live-action version, they stole her wings. Cruella just doesn’t like dogs and had a bit of a passion problem. The stepmother in Cinderella was constantly being judged by the standards of Ella herself and how do you raise your own kids like that, none the less someone else’s?

Sometimes people try to expose what’s wrong with you because they can’t handle what’s right about you.

I have no idea, Google

With all that said though, the movies, the books, was a let down. Not only were the main characters not evil, they were barely recognizable from their parents. Mal isn’t remotely faerie like, Carlos is a wimp, Jay…. came out like Gaston’s kid and Evie is literally a pun for Evil. The villains also weren’t that imposing with Maleficent barely passing her own kid’s head in height. They also play with the cliche “she can’t figure out modern things” even though she has been resurrected for nearly twenty years before the story. LIKE A FRIDGE. The kids are mischievous at worst and insecure at best. Which I thought was a good thing since the parents are villains, they aren’t handing out motivation most time. Now that I think of it, why do these kids even remotely care about their parent? The parents never show any affection in anyway and if we go off by their base Disney movies, psychology would dictate that the kids would be WAY more insecure, way more illusive in trying not to be near the parent and more aggressive with each other. They act like a group of suburbia kids in a less clean side of town. Also the children of the “Good” guys are spoiled brats and for some reason have the guts to talk to the villain descendants. Cinderella’s kid is a jerk, Aura’s kid is a bitch queen and Belle’s kid is really dumb. Ben, he is just arm candy.

Descendants, I could probably write it better. I won’t at the moment, but the universe has me intrigued. Wonder what my characters would do to it? >:]
